Artificial Intelligence Engineer

The role & the team:

You will join a dynamic team dedicated to designing, implementing, and optimizing advanced AI-driven systems. Your work will involve everything from fine-tuning large language models to developing chatbots and recommendation engines that solve real-world business challenges.

What will you do:

• Design and implement scalable AI solutions, including chatbots, intelligent search systems, and recommendation engines, using leading cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

• Fine-tune and distill large language models (LLMs) to optimize their performance and align them with specific business needs.

• Create, train, and deploy advanced machine learning models for tasks like classification, regression, and recommendations.

• Design and implement solutions based on the Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture.

• Create and deploy autonomous AI agents to automate complex business processes.

• Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of deployed models while maintaining comprehensive technical documentation.

Required skills:

• Experience: a minimum of 2 years of commercial experience in designing, implementing, and deploying NLP and machine learning models; documented experience in the production deployment of Generative AI (GenAI) models.

• Language: English (minimum B1); Polish.

• Tool Pro: practical ability to fine-tune and distill language models; knowledge of and experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture; proficiency in Python and key AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Transformers, unsloth); good knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases; experience with at least one leading cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP); familiarity with process orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow) and version control systems (Git).

• Soft Skills: highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective teamwork.

Bonus points for:

• Experience in creating chatbots for the customer service or call center sector.

• Experience working with audio data (speech processing, sound analysis).
