Artificial Intelligence Engineer

The role & the team:

You will join a team at the forefront of AI innovation, focusing on researching and developing advanced machine learning models, including LLMs. Our main goal is to leverage data to create intelligent solutions that drive business growth and efficiency. You will be instrumental in shaping our AI strategy and implementing cutting-edge technologies.

What will you do:

• Research, design, and train advanced machine learning models, including language, classification, regression, and recommendation systems.

• Analyze and process various data types: textual, geolocation, tabular, and time series.

• Experiment with large language models, including fine-tuning, distillation, and optimization for performance and business applications.

• Work with data storage and integration platforms, such as Snowflake.

• Stay current with AI trends by reading scientific articles and industry reports to introduce innovations.

• Create research reports and visualize results.

Required skills:

• Experience: a minimum of 2 years of experience in research and/or production implementation of NLP and ML models; experience working with text, geolocation, and time series data.

• Language: Polish.

• Tool Pro: proficiency in Python and key AI/ML libraries: PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Transformers; good knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases; experience with at least one leading cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP); ability to follow current AI trends and read scientific literature in this area; practical knowledge of training and fine-tuning large language models and understanding their architecture.

• Soft Skills: highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective teamwork.
