As we grow, we're looking for a DevOps Engineer to enhance our cloud infrastructure, empower our developers, and ensure our systems are secure and cost-effective.
Location: Hybrid (Warsaw – in-office every Tuesday & Thursday)

Developer Enablement: Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, improving developer workflows and deployment speed.

Cloud Infrastructure Management: Manage and optimize our AWS serverless and EKS infrastructure using Terraform.

Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain security best practices across our cloud environments, including managing VPN configurations and network security for our fintech needs.

Cost Optimization: Monitor cloud spending, identify inefficiencies, and implement strategies for cost reduction.

System Reliability & Monitoring: Ensure high availability and performance of our platforms by implementing robust monitoring, logging, and alerting.

Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to understand their needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide infrastructure support.
- ~2-4 years of professional DevOps or Cloud Engineering experience.
- Proven experience with AWS services, particularly serverless technologies (Lambda, API Gateway, etc.) and container orchestration (EKS).
- Strong IaC skills, preferably with Terraform.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and experience with tools like GitLab CI/CD.
- Knowledge of networking concepts, including VPNs, firewalls, and VPC configurations, ideally in a regulated environment.
- A proactive approach to security and familiarity with cloud security best practices.
- Curiosity and drive to continuously learn and improve infrastructure and processes.
- Comfort working on-site in Warsaw twice a week (Tue & Thu) and remotely the rest of the time.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools.
- Understanding of financial services or fintech environments and their specific security/compliance needs.
- Relevant AWS certifications.
