You will define and drive the AI product vision, translating operational and regulatory needs into scalable, high-impact features powered by AI. This role is at the intersection of business, customer experience, and emerging AI technology—focused on delivering intelligent solutions that elevate security workforce management.
- Define and prioritize AI-driven features that solve critical problems in security operations and workforce optimization.
- Engage with enterprise customers and internal stakeholders to uncover high-value, real-world AI use cases.
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements and collaborate with R&D to validate technical feasibility.
- Develop success metrics and track performance of AI solutions across adoption, ROI, and business impact.
- Stay up to date on AI regulation, privacy, and ethical considerations—baking compliance and trust into product design.
- Own the go-to-market strategy for AI features, working with marketing, sales, and customer success to drive adoption.
- Help shape internal education and documentation on AI capabilities and limitations for cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s or MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years working on AI/ML or data-driven products.
- Familiarity with LLMs, agentic workflows, and operational AI systems—ideally in an enterprise SaaS context.
- Domain knowledge in security operations or workforce management is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of shipping AI-powered features that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Comfort with agile methodologies, data-informed decision making, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Delivery and adoption of an AI feature portfolio that improves customer efficiency and satisfaction.
- Tangible business value from AI features, such as cost savings, workflow automation, or improved decision quality.
- Measured impact on KPIs such as ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue), GRR (Gross Revenue Retention), NRR (Net Revenue Retention), and user engagement.
- Timely achievement of product milestones in sync with R&D, go-to-market, and compliance requirements.
