TIA Developer

As a TIA Developer, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of a core insurance system based on TIA, as well as its integration with other platforms and services. Working in an Agile Scrum environment, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, influence solution architecture, and have a real impact on the quality of processes supporting millions of customers.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining the TIA system using Oracle technologies (SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms)

• Integrating TIA with internal systems and external services

• Working closely on a daily basis with analysts and business stakeholders to clarify requirements

• Actively participating in Scrum team activities (planning, grooming, reviews, retrospectives)

• Designing and implementing custom solutions tailored to business needs

• Ensuring stability, performance, and security of insurance applications

• Analyzing and resolving technical issues related to the TIA system

• Participating in code reviews and testing processes

• Maintaining technical documentation and specifications

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in developing and maintaining Oracle-based systems (SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms)

• Hands-on experience with TIA as a core insurance system

• Knowledge of the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design custom solutions

• Experience with system integrations

• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Analytical mindset and ability to work effectively in a team

• Good work organization and independence
