Solutions Architect

For our Client we are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect who will play a key role in designing scalable IT solutions and translating business needs into robust technical architectures.

This role sits at the intersection of technology and business, working closely with engineering teams and stakeholders to define architecture standards, integration approaches, and technology decisions that support long-term product and platform development.

📍Hybrid Work: Warsaw Office - 2-3 days per week

🎯 Your responsibilities

• Design and define scalable solution architectures aligned with business, performance, and security requirements

• Translate business and functional requirements into clear technical solution designs and architecture blueprints

• Define application structures and architecture for new platforms and enhancements of existing systems

• Design integrations between internal and external solutions using modern integration patterns and APIs

• Evaluate current systems and recommend improvements in architecture, scalability, and performance

• Define architecture standards, design patterns, and engineering principles

• Support technology selection including tools, infrastructure, and COTS solutions

• Design data and database structures ensuring reliable data flow across systems

• Prepare architecture documentation, diagrams, and technical specifications

• Collaborate closely with engineering teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation

🧠 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• 5+ years of experience in IT, including roles related to solution or enterprise architecture

• Strong knowledge of modern architecture approaches (microservices, distributed systems)

• Experience working with cloud-native environments (AWS or Azure)

• Practical experience with APIs (REST / GraphQL) and integration patterns

• Understanding of authentication and security standards such as OAuth, SAML, and OWASP practices

• Broad technical knowledge across cloud, software development, automation, or data platforms

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both engineering teams and business stakeholders

• Experience preparing clear technical documentation and architecture diagrams

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
