Senior Manual Tester

Our Client is one of the largest and most recognizable retail chains in Poland, delivering projects with a real impact on millions of users.

You will join a team working on a nationwide solution supporting a new, regulated packaging return system, involving complex system integrations as well as work with physical devices.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manual Tester who combines strong testing expertise with high independence and a responsible approach to quality and the testing process.

📍 WORK MODE:Poznań – hybrid

⏱️ PROJECT START:ASAP (we are looking for candidates available immediately or with a maximum 2-week notice period)

🧑‍💻 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Independently performing manual SIT (System Integration Testing) in test environments and participating in UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

• Testing solutions on physical devices, which requires regular presence in the office

• Close collaboration with development teams, business analysts, and product owners to ensure high quality of delivered solutions

• Creating, maintaining, and developing test cases, test scenarios, and bug reports

• Working with test management tools (including QMetry) and within the JIRA ecosystem

• Supporting the team in organizing and improving the testing process — initiative and ownership are highly valued

  
  

🔍 WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

• Minimum 3 years of experience in manual testing of IT systems

• Practical knowledge of UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and SIT (System Integration Testing)

• Willingness to work in a hybrid model and test physical devices in the office

• Experience with test management tools such as QMetry, Xray, or similar

• Ability to organize work independently, think analytically, and diagnose issues

• English proficiency at B2 level

Nice to have:

• ISTQB certification (Foundation level or higher)

• Knowledge of SAP systems as an additional asset

• Experience in a role supporting a testing team or close to a Test Lead position
