Senior Fullstack .Net & React

Our Client is a large, stable organization from the financial sector, delivering high-scale IT projects of significant business impact. The team develops and maintains key systems supporting core financial and operational processes, with a strong focus on code quality, well-considered architectural decisions, and long-term solution development.

This role offers a real impact on system architecture, technical standards, and the overall direction of products used across the organization.

• Location: Warsaw (hybrid work model - once every 2 weeks in the office)

🔧 Responsibilities

• Development and maintenance of key backend and web systems

• Designing and implementing solutions based on distributed architectures

• Working in a mature Scrum team (planning, estimations, code reviews, demos)

• Co-creating technical and architectural standards

• Collaboration with other IT teams and business stakeholders

• Sharing knowledge and best practices within the team

🔍 Key requirements

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience as a Developer (.NET / Full-Stack)

• Relevant higher education (Computer Science or technical degree)

• Very good knowledge of C# (.NET Core / ASP.NET)

• Experience in banking or financial systems

• Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL

• Experience in designing and building distributed systems

• Hands-on experience with asynchronous communication (e.g. RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus)

• Frontend experience (JavaScript / TypeScript / HTML / CSS)

• Proficiency with Git / GitHub

• Good command of English (working with technical documentation)

• ORM frameworks (Entity Framework / EF Core, NHibernate)

• MassTransit, NServiceBus

• React

• Automated testing (unit / integration / e2e)

• CI/CD and build automation

• Microsoft Azure

• Docker and Kubernetes (Helm)
