Senior CIAM Engineer

Our Client is a global organization that supports hundreds of companies worldwide in creating modern, secure, and user-friendly workplaces.

The project you will join focuses primarily on a multi-phase migration of hundreds of clients to a new CIAM platform based on Entra ID (B2B/B2C). This is one of the largest identity migrations in Europe — over one million accounts being moved into a unified environment, with full service continuity ensured throughout the process.

We are looking for an experienced Senior CIAM Engineer who will be a key part of the team responsible for migrations, integrations, and maintaining a global CIAM standard.

📍 WORK MODE Warsaw – hybrid (3 days per week in the office) + flexible working hours

🧑‍💻 RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leading and co-leading client migrations to Entra ID, including switching applications and services to new environments with zero downtime

• Configuring and developing a global CIAM solution covering over one million accounts and hundreds of enterprise clients

• Integrating applications with CIAM, defining authorization flows, and selecting appropriate authentication methods

• Ensuring a high level of security and optimizing IAM processes in an enterprise environment

• Collaborating with IAM teams and experts from Poland, the Czech Republic, and Denmark — from architects to developers

• Analyzing issues and providing CIAM support

🔍 REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of CIAM experience and strong expertise in Entra ID (Azure AD) B2B/B2C — critical for migration work

• Hands-on experience with OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML, including their practical implementation

• Basic scripting skills (preferably PowerShell)

• Experience with system integrations and working with REST APIs

• Solid understanding of identity architecture and security in large-scale environments

• Strong communication skills and confidence in working with clients and business stakeholders

• Fluent English (C1) — international team environment
