Senior AI Consultant / Architect (Data & AI / Azure)

We are looking for an experienced Senior AI Consultant / Architect who feels confident in the role of a technical expert, has a strong client-facing mindset, and is not afraid to take full ownership of the solutions being designed.

Our Client is a fast-growing consulting company and a Microsoft Gold Partner, specializing in delivering advanced Data & AI solutions. You will join a team working on an ambitious implementation of a document process automation platform for the banking sector, built using the latest cloud technologies.

🧑‍💻 WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Designing end-to-end Azure cloud architectures for document automation systems, including preparing High-Level Design (HLD) documentation and mapping compliance requirements (e.g. DORA, KNF, ISO 27001) to concrete technical components.

• Selecting, configuring, and integrating key cloud services such as Azure AI Document Intelligence, Microsoft Foundry, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure Data Lake Storage, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.

• Acting in a consultative role by proactively proposing improvements for the business client, as well as supporting presales activities (approx. 10–15% of annual workload).

• Closely collaborating with ML/AI, DevOps, and Security teams to ensure solution consistency and cloud cost optimization.

• Managing the full solution lifecycle – from designing monitoring and alerting mechanisms, through API-based integrations with external systems, to overseeing testing and optimization.

• Supporting the growth of junior team members and maintaining the highest technical standards within the project.

🔍 WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

Must-have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in cloud architecture design, with a strong focus on the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.

• Strong proficiency in Python in the context of AI projects and hands-on experience with Azure AI services.

• Background in consulting – you enjoy working with people, can build strong client relationships, and clearly explain complex technical topics.

• Knowledge of financial sector regulations, including KNF guidelines and the DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) regulation.

• Very good command of English (C1), enabling fluent work in an international environment.

• Independence in making architectural decisions and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Nice-to-have:

• Microsoft certifications (e.g. AZ-305, AI-102, DP-100, AZ-900).

• Practical experience with Terraform and Kubernetes for infrastructure and container management.

• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Azure DevOps).
