Java Developer

You will join an international project delivered within the area of central financial systems, focused on building and further developing an interface that connects operational systems with the General Ledger.

The solution supports key accounting processes by processing financial events in real time from multiple systems and locations worldwide (Europe, USA, Latin America, Asia), ensuring global standardization of communication.

The architecture is based on microservices deployed in a private cloud, and the system operates as an online application supporting critical financial processes.

📍 Warsaw | hybrid work model – 3 days per week from the office

🧩 As a Developer, you will play a key technical role within the team:

• providing technical support and mentoring for junior team members, and collaborating with Technical Leads

• contributing to application strategy and system architecture

• designing and developing backend services and integrations between operational systems and the General Ledger

• ensuring code quality, testing, performance, and CI/CD standards

• collaborating with teams in Poland and Spain in an international environment

  
  

🛠️ Technical requirements

• minimum 3 years of commercial experience in IT as a Java Developer

• very good knowledge of Java (Spring, microservices, integrations)

• experience working with MongoDB

• knowledge of cloud architecture (private / hybrid cloud)

• experience working in Agile / DevOps teams

• experience with code reviews, mentoring, and working with pull requests

• experience in finance or investment banking projects

• understanding of accounting processes and financial flows

• experience with Kafka, data streaming, and Elastic

• ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and product teams
