IT Infrastructure Project Manager

For one of our clients, we are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager who will be responsible for delivering IT infrastructure projects in an international environment.

📌Working Mode: Warsaw Office at Mokotów - once per week.

Scope of responsibilities

• Managing IT infrastructure projects and programmes end-to-end

• Defining scope, planning, progress reporting, and risk management

• Coordinating the work of technical teams and external vendors

• Managing stakeholders at both local and global levels

• Participating in global IT initiatives, including integration projects

• Ensuring project delivery in line with agreed timelines, budget, and quality standards

Requirements

• Min 3+ years experience in managing IT infrastructure projects

• Strong understanding of IT technologies across the full stack, including:

  • Networking

  • Storage

  • Data Center

  • Public Cloud (IaaS / PaaS)

• Understanding dependencies between infrastructure and application layers

• Excellent coordination and organizational skills

• Experience working on international-scale projects

• English at B2+ level

Nice to have

• Industry certifications confirming knowledge at Associate level(e.g. cloud, networking, infrastructure)

• Experience in enterprise or global IT environments
