Backend Python Developer (Django & Azure )

We are looking for experienced Mid Python Developers who are not only strong coders but also communicative partners in technical discussions and are comfortable taking ownership of the solutions they deliver.

Our Client is a rapidly growing software house delivering advanced projects for international brands. You will join a team working on scalable backend services, where designing modern cloud architecture and maintaining high code quality are key.

📍 WORK MODE: 100% remote

⏱️ AVAILABILITY: Project start planned ASAP. We are looking for candidates available immediately or with a maximum 2-week notice period (initially planned until the end of June, with a strong possibility of extension).

🧑‍💻 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Designing, developing, and maintaining advanced backend services using Python

• Actively collaborating in an Agile/Scrum team, participating in code reviews, sprint planning, and architecture discussions

• Building and optimizing high-performance RESTful APIs and modern microservices-based systems

• Leveraging Azure cloud to design, implement, and manage end-to-end cloud solutions

• Implementing CI/CD pipelines and automated testing processes

• Working with Docker and Kubernetes in demanding production environments

🔍 WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

Must-have:

• Strong commercial experience as a Python Backend Developer (Mid level)

• Proficiency in FastAPI and/or Django, with hands-on experience designing scalable microservices

• Practical knowledge of Azure (e.g. App Services, Functions, AKS, Storage) — alternatively experience with GCP

• Solid experience with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes in production

• Excellent English skills (C1), enabling smooth communication in an international team

• Open-minded, proactive attitude and willingness to share ideas

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with Databricks, Big Data platforms, or commercial experience with Golang

• Full-stack capabilities, especially with React

• Knowledge of IaC tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates

• Experience with messaging systems and event-driven architecture (e.g. Kafka, Azure Service Bus)

• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and data modeling best practices
