Atlassian Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Atlassian Consultant who will play a key role in the cloud migration process and ensure the highest quality of services within the organization.

Our Client is a global leader in facility services (facility management), connecting people and places to make the world work better. You will join a growing, international Atlassian team responsible for supporting all 40 company locations worldwide.

📍 WORK MODE: Warsaw – hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)

⏱️ AVAILABILITY: We are looking for candidates available ASAP or with a maximum 1-month notice period

🧑‍💻 WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Designing and implementing comprehensive solutions within the Atlassian ecosystem, ensuring technical consistency and platform logic.

• Leading projects end-to-end – from business needs analysis, through challenging requirements, to final implementation.

• Actively participating in the global platform transformation and Cloud migration by reviewing existing solutions and preparing new structures.

• Conducting technical analysis of requirements reported by business teams and the internal Atlassian team on a global scale.

• Supporting existing solutions through troubleshooting and incident management, in cooperation with external partners.

🔍 WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

Must-have:

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within a large, international organization(candidates with shorter experience but strong potential and a proactive attitude will also be considered).

• Very good knowledge of the Atlassian Cloud environment, especially Jira Cloud, Confluence Cloud, Jira Service Management (JSM) and the Assets module.

• Fluent English (B2/C1), enabling daily cooperation with international managers and senior stakeholders.

• Understanding of business and operational processes (especially IT) and the ability to work efficiently with relational object databases.

• Independence and courage to propose improvements – we are looking for someone who sees opportunities for optimization and takes ownership.

Nice-to-have:

• Hands-on experience in on-premise to Cloud migrations and process automation.

• Experience working as a Project Manager or Business Analyst.

• Basic knowledge of developer tools such as GitHub and familiarity with REST APIs.
