AI Business Partner (AI Evangelist)

We are looking for an AI Business Partner who will genuinely accelerate AI transformation across the organization. This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and organizational change — ideal for someone who can translate an AI vision into concrete, measurable use cases and real-world implementations.

You will work closely with business teams as a partner, educator, and change catalyst, helping them identify and implement AI-driven solutions that truly improve processes and increase productivity.

Location: Warsaw – 1 day per week from the office

🎯 Your Responsibilities

• Identifying and prioritizing high-value AI use cases across business units

• Leading discovery workshops and ideation sessions (pain points → AI solutions)

• Driving AI initiatives from concept to MVP and building the case for further development (business case, ROI)

• Supporting teams in building, piloting, and scaling AI-based solutions (AI / GenAI / RPA / low-code)

• Translating AI strategy and technical topics into clear, business-friendly language

• Designing and delivering trainings and workshops (e.g. prompt engineering, human-AI collaboration)

• Building alignment among stakeholders and actively managing organizational change

🔍 What We Are Looking For

• Strong understanding of AI topics, including Generative AI and Machine Learning (capabilities and limitations)

• Ability to assess the business impact of AI initiatives (efficiency, ROI, scalability)

• Experience in roles such as Transformation Consultant, Innovation Lead, Technology Evangelist, or AI Consultant

• Consulting experience (internal or external) is a strong advantage

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills

• Ability to facilitate workshops and collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups

• Hands-on, practical approach to change management and working with people

• Open-mindedness, curiosity, and willingness to challenge the status quo
