About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Platform & Operations team in Warsaw.’ll help build, operate and improve the cloud infrastructure that supports our products, ensuring high availability, reliable deployments and a stable platform for our engineering teams. You’ll work closely with Solution Architects and Software Engineers to automate infrastructure, improve operational excellence and support the ongoing evolution of our platform.
As part of the team, you’ll also contribute to our migration to Kubernetes, helping us evolve our infrastructure and deployment practices while maintaining reliability and operational stability. You will also be heavily involved in building out our internal developer platform tools, enabling developer autonomy.
Our platform uses AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Terragrunt, Crossplane, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus and Loki, along with numerous internal and open-source tools.

AI-enhanced development
We use AWS Kiro and Anthropic-based models in our coding assistants as part of our everyday engineering workflow to increase productivity and reduce repetitive work. Our engineers use AI to explore technical solutions, accelerate implementation, assist with infrastructure automation, analyse issues, improve documentation and support code reviews.

While AI helps us work more efficiently, great platforms are still built by engineers applying sound judgement, operational experience and strong engineering principles.

What you’ll do

• Build, maintain and improve cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Crossplane, Terraform).

• Support and enhance our Kubernetes platform and container-based workloads.

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.

• Work closely with Architects and Software Engineers to deliver reliable infrastructure solutions.

• Architect, build, deploy and maintain essential tooling used by our global engineering teams.

• Improve platform availability, resiliency and operational stability.

• Investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis and help prevent recurring incidents.

• Optimize costs across our stack, to ensure we are best utilizing our allocated cloud spend.

• Monitor platform health using observability tools and contribute to continuous operational improvements.

• Review infrastructure code, share knowledge and mentor other engineers.

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering or Infrastructure Engineering.

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker.

• Strong experience with Terraform and Terragrunt.

• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong AWS experience.

• Experience working with Linux-based infrastructure.

• Good understanding of networking fundamentals.

• Experience with observability platforms such as Datadog.

• Experience supporting microservices-based environments.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Some experience using common programming languages such as Python, Go, Java, or JavaScript.

• Fluent English.
