By ensuring continuous service availability and integrating key tools, we enable teams across Europe to develop and operate digital solutions reliably.
Role Overview
The Graduate IAM is an entry-level role focused on learning and supporting Identity and Access Management solutions across the organization. The role provides hands-on exposure to authentication, authorization, and identity governance processes, contributing to secure access to applications and systems while developing expertise in enterprise IAM environments.
Key Responsibilities
Support the operation and maintenance of IAM platforms (e.g., Azure AD, authentication systems).
Assist in user access management activities such as provisioning and de-provisioning.
Support integration of IAM solutions with applications and cloud platforms.
Participate in resolving IAM-related incidents and requests with guidance from senior team members.
Contribute to IAM documentation, procedures, and knowledge base updates.
Assist in audit activities and ensure basic compliance with security policies.
Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and security teams.
Stay updated on IAM concepts, tools, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or final year student).
Basic understanding of IT security principles.
Interest in Identity and Access Management and cybersecurity.
Basic knowledge of authentication concepts (e.g., login, passwords, MFA).
Understanding of IT systems and applications.
Willingness to learn enterprise tools and processes.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
Exposure to IAM tools (e.g., Azure AD, Okta, ForgeRock) through studies or internships.
Basic knowledge of protocols such as OAuth2, OIDC, or SAML.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
Understanding of security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR basics).
Internship or academic project related to security or identity management.
Soft Skills
Strong willingness to learn and develop in cybersecurity and IAM domains.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and collaboration abilities.
Structured and detail-oriented mindset.
Curiosity and proactive attitude towards new technologies.

Starting date: Position available since June 2026
Location: Wrocław, Silver Tower Office Center
Working Pattern: Hybrid - 2 to 3 days per week in the office, in line with the need
