Senior QA Automation Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior QA Automation Engineer to join a demanding, high-impact project for a global client. This role is fully remote, with a one-day onboarding in Warsaw at the start. If you thrive in technically challenging environments and have a proactive mindset, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated test frameworks and suites

• Lead end-to-end testing across complex systems

• Perform API testing (functional, integration, regression)

• Create tests using mocking and stubbing techniques

• Support testing strategy during monolith to microservices migration

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality

• Improve QA processes and best practices

Must Have

• 8+ years in QA with strong automation experience

• Solid testing fundamentals and technical expertise

• Expert in Playwright

• Strong experience in API testing

• Experience with mocking/stubbing

• Experience with monolith → microservices transition

• Proactive and self-driven mindset

Nice to Have

• Degree in Computer Science or related field

• Knowledge of distributed systems

• Experience in financial systems or payments
