What you will do:

• Work on end-to-end data science projects involving classical machine learning (e.g. time series forecasting) as well as deep learning approaches — from data exploration and modeling to deployment.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into machine learning solutions.

• Present complex analytical findings in a clear, actionable way to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Contributing to analytical planning and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Experience and skills you need to join us:

• Experience as a data science professional with several years of hands-on work delivering end-to-end projects — from exploratory data analysis to model deployment, results processing and evaluation (e.g. A/B tests).

• Expertise in working with tabular data and time series, including strong skills in EDA, feature engineering, predictive modeling, and evaluation.

• Excellent communication skills — able to clearly translate complex technical topics into business-friendly language and vice versa; capable of transforming business requirements into effective ML solutions.

• Solid understanding of financial data and processes — experience working with transactional and operational data; fluent in financial terminology and key business metrics.

• Confidence in client-facing environments — skilled at gathering requirements, shaping analytical roadmaps, and delivering measurable business value in real-world settings.

• Fluency in Polish and English (you will attend meetings with English speaking clients).

It would be great if you also have:

• Experience as a proactive project leader with a track record of managing analytics teams and coordinating work with business stakeholders.
