As an Agile Project Manager, you will work close to your team and our clients. We work with a variety of organizations, from startups to large companies. Our present areas of activities include artificial intelligence, automotive, fintech and healthcare.
You will work with project teams and with the interdisciplinary Project Management Office group. Our PMO team consists of people who focus on different aspects of delivering value to our clients and our organization: from helping teams to reach their full potential through providing technical expertise to risk management. What we have in common is our eagerness to support clients, Tooploox and each other.

- Supporting and coordinating effective project development and cross-functional communication in cooperation with the project team
- Supporting the team in removing impediments
- Triggering inspection and adaptation of the development practices
- Ensuring timely delivery of tasks and high quality of the product
- Conducting regular communication with clients
- Triggering improvement actions based on client feedback
- Discovering value for customers and stakeholders, making trade-offs, and determining the best path to bringing these to life
- Supporting Sales processes and the organization in internal initiatives
Requirements
- Very good knowledge and understanding of Agile software development
- Minimum 3-years experience working as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, Line Manager in Agile software development organizations
- Willingness to work in a flat-structured organization and empower people without any formal authority
- Ability to work independently and proactively in distributed environment
- Excellent communication skills, fluency and confidence in communicating in English and in Polish
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Zenhub etc.)
- Soft skills: facilitation, providing feedback, managing expectations
Nice to have
- Proven experience in software development
- A bachelor's degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field
