We’re a well-knit digital design studio working with products, brands and (no-)code. Founders come to us because we design beautiful and highly-converting websites that attract lucrative leads. That means we gotta try harder than Squarespace templates.

Your day-to-day

This is an opportunity to grow your skills and work on exciting, high-impact projects. As a Framer Web Designer you will:

• Design visually engaging websites for startups and high-growth businesses.

• Skyrocket your Framer skills with a strong support of our mentors and leaders.

• Create storytelling-driven designs that captivate users and communicate brand narratives effectively.

• Integrate motion and interaction design into web projects, using tools like Figma, Framer, Jitter and Spline.

• Learn lots of technical details about the internet and how it really works.

• Collaborate with senior designers, developers, and founders to ensure designs align with business goals and technical constraints.

• Explore and experiment with creative tools and technologies like 3D design and animation (e.g., Three.js, GSAP, Rive).

• Assist with copywriting tasks, ensuring that design and text work together to deliver a cohesive experience.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in web design, motion design, and storytelling to bring fresh ideas to projects.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions, design critiques, and team discussions to contribute your creativity and energy.

It’s a match if you’re like this

We’re looking for someone eager to learn and grow. You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have a portfolio showcasing creativity and originality, even if it’s from personal projects.

• Are Figma-native and have a willingness to learn new tools and platforms.

• Rocks in Framer, you can showcase some of your works - websites or experiments.

• Have a good understanding of building storytelling and how to use visuals and words to communicate ideas effectively.

• Are excited about exploring motion design, 3D elements, and advanced interactions, even if you’re new to these areas.

• Are interested in copywriting and understand how strong messaging enhances design.

• Are curious about creative coding tools like GSAP or Three.js and eager to collaborate with developers to bring ambitious ideas to life.

• Have strong attention to detail and a desire to deliver high-quality work.

• Are eager to learn, take feedback, and grow into a more senior role over time.

• Fluency in English, you have to feel comfortable with explaining design decisions and building relationships with the greatest founders all over the world.

Bonus Points

• You have some background in using motion design frameworks (e.g., Jitter, Spline, After Effects, GSAP).

• Interest in the startup ecosystem or experience working on startup-related projects.

• Background in branding, digital marketing, or user experience design.
