QA Engineer

What you'll do

We are looking for a QA Engineer who will be working on our long-term, international projects. You’ll join an international team of Front and Backend Developers, Testers, and Product Owner.

Join a technically challenging and multi-layered project involving hardware, embedded systems, software components, and server-side infrastructure. You’ll be part of a collaborative team driving innovation in a high-impact environment with direct client engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites across various layers of the system
• Perform end-to-end testing of complex integrations including hardware, web, and mobile interfaces
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and clients to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Conduct exploratory and manual testing where necessary to validate edge cases and user scenarios
• Contribute to performance testing efforts and CI/CD pipeline improvements
• Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives

Who are we looking for?

• A team player 
• A person with at least 3 years of experience as QA Engineer 
• A person who’s eager to share knowledge with others 
• Fluent command of English and Polish with effective business communication skills (at least B2/C1) 

Automation Experience:

• Proficient in Python and pytest for backend/API testing
• Hands-on experience with front-end test frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright (nice to have)
• Experience with mobile testing using Appium
• Solid understanding of browser automation and web testing
• Experience testing REST APIs

Technical Skills:

• Strong coding skills in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Familiarity with Bash scripting
• Experience with Docker-based environments
• Kubernetes knowledge (nice to have)

Manual Testing:

• Experience with manual test design and execution
• ISTQB Foundation certification (nice to have)

Methodology

• Agile management: Scrum, Agile 
• Issue tracking tool: Jira, GitHub 
• Knowledge repository: Confluence, GitHub, SharePoint 
• Code reviews: GitHub 
• Static code analysis: Sonar 
• Version control system: GIT 
• Build server: Jenkins, GitLab

Must have 3 years of experience
