Scaling globally, we are seeking a talented Senior DevOps Engineer & Team Lead to join our remote team of 270+ from around the world.

Your New Role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer & Team Lead to take ownership of part of our AWS-based infrastructure supporting multiple brands under the Tiugo Software umbrella. In this role, you'll combine technical leadership (20%) with hands-on engineering (80%), enabling scalable, secure, and highly available systems across our ecosystem. This is a high-impact position where you’ll lead technical initiatives and mentor engineers, helping evolve our infrastructure and SRE practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy

• Lead a small team of DevOps/SRE engineers supporting several Tiugo brands
• Define infrastructure vision and technical direction aligned with business needs

Infrastructure & Operations

• Design, build, and maintain AWS-based infrastructure
• Ensure high availability, observability, and system resilience
• Define and enforce operational standards and best practices

SRE & Automation

• Implement Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles across systems and processes
• Drive reliability through monitoring, alerting, incident response, chaos testing
• Continuously improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation

Collaboration

• Partner with engineering teams to improve developer experience
• Offer guidance on infrastructure and operational decisions

To be successful in this role you need the following:

• Proven experience in senior/staff-level DevOps/SRE roles with leadership duties
• Strong AWS expertise (VPC, IAM, EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda, Route53, etc.)
• Deep understanding of SRE practices and tooling
• Solid experience with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code
• Proficiency with Kubernetes (EKS, Helm, scaling, debugging)
• CI/CD automation and strong security, networking, and observability foundations
• Experience in large-scale, distributed systems and multi-tenant environments
• Focus on automation, efficiency, and reducing operational toil

Nice to Have

• Programming/scripting experience
• Familiarity with SOC2, or other compliance frameworks
• Experience working in SaaS across multiple brands or units
