Scaling globally, we are seeking a talented Senior DevOps Engineer to join our remote team of 270+ from around the world.

Your New Role

We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in AWS and Kubernetes to help drive our infrastructure and deployment strategy. If you have experience designing and implementing scalable and reliable large-scale solutions, while prioritizing secrets management and developer experience, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, build, and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS
• Design and optimize Kubernetes clusters for reliability and high performance
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to enhance automation and deployment speed
• Lead secrets management, security best practices, and compliance efforts
• Collaborate with an international team to design and implement large-scale solutions
• Improve developer workflows by enhancing deployment processes and observability
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and improve infrastructure resilience

To be successful in this role you need the following:

• Strong expertise in AWS (IAM, networking, ECS, EKS, Lambda, etc.)
• Deep Kubernetes experience (Helm, Operators, scaling, troubleshooting)
• Proficiency with IaC (Terraform as main)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines Knowledge of secrets management tools
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and monitoring in cloud environments
• Experience in designing and implementing large-scale, highly available solutions
• Strong communication skills to work effectively in an international team
• A mindset focused on automation, efficiency, and developer enablement

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Observability stack (Prometheus, Grafana)
• Scripting and automation (Python, Go, Bash, etc)
