Frontend Web Developer

Your New Role

We’re looking for a talented Frontend Web Developer to join the Tiugo DX team. In this role, you will be responsible for building new landing pages and updating existing ones using ButterCMS, based on Figma designs. This is a unique opportunity to contribute across the full development lifecycle of a website during a major migration process. This position is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll work closely with a focused team to shape the online presence of two high-impact SaaS products. The role reports directly to Tiugo’s Technical Website Manager and follows an Agile Scrum methodology with a two-week sprint cadence.

This is a B2B contract, with a potential extension based on project scope and mutual agreement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Content administration: Create and update content of the ButterCMS and Uploadcare websites according to designs and content.

• A/B Testing & Optimization: Possibly after websites launch Implement and manage. A/B testing experiments to continuously improve user experience and conversion rates.

• Agile Development: Collaborate in sprints, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver on project goals.

• Collaboration: Work independently while staying aligned with team goals and contributing to a collaborative, solution-focused work environment.

  
  

To be successful in this role you need the following:

Technical Expertise:

• Proven experience (at least 3 years) as a frontend Web developer.

• Hands-on experience with headless CMS platforms (ButterCMS preferred but not required).

• Proven experience with JS web frameworks: Vue, Nuxt.js, React, Angular will be an advantage

• Familiarity with eCommerce/self-service solutions and principles.

• Strong version control and environment management experience.

Skills & Tools:

• Strong use of headless CMS,

• Experience with Butter CMS will be an advantage

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and execution.

• Knowledge of A/B testing tools and strategies is a plus.

• Self-starter with an independent, proactive work ethic.

• Excellent attention to detail and a sense of ownership over projects.

• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

• Collaborative mindset, open to feedback and iteration.
