As a Fullstack Engineer you will be at the forefront of building tools and the underlying systems that help TINT customers leverage UGC content at scale. You’ll have an opportunity to work directly with customers on a diverse number of projects and technologies that are core to TINT’s Managed Services offering where we are often creating new and exciting ways to use our own APIs. We are looking for creative engineers that can see past the brief and add additional value in new ways of working and innovative workflows.
Job Description
- Design, build and maintain systems, tools and applications for TINT Customers as part of Managed Services
- Thoroughly understand TINT platform and APIs in order to build custom integrations
- Maintain internal documentation for created systems, tools and applications
- Be responsible for long term code quality of what you write and maintain
- Develop beautiful, maintainable code, with test driven CI/CD development
- Drive architecture and design reviews and ensure secure software development
- Design and optimize applications for scalability and high availability
- Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements
- Facilitate the sharing of information by contributing to the Engineering knowledge base when appropriate
- Collaborate with the engineering team on internal TINT projects
- Assist the Support team in solving technical issues reported by TINT customers
- Collaborate with TINT customer’s teams on requirements and specifications
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience as Full Stack Developer
- Strong Client side development experience using JavaScript and React
- Strong Server side development using Ruby, delivering services or micro-services using Cloud architecture (AWS)
- Ability to learn quickly, passion for driving for results, and strong customer empathy
- Experience working in a fast-moving agile environment
- Strong documentation, analytical and problem-solving skills. Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills and the ability to interact well across all levels of the business
- Good command of English
