You'll be joining the Marketing Team, working at the intersection of design, performance, and paid social - and your work will go live fast. You'll collaborate closely with the Head of Performance, which means your creatives will be tested, analyzed, and iterated at real scale, with real media budgets behind them. Day to day, you'll design, produce, and iterate visual assets for Tidio across Meta Ads - our key channel. That means static ad creatives built to convert, video ads and AI UGC produced end-to-end, and a constant stream of new variants to test. You'll own the full creative loop: from hook ideation and scripting, through generation and editing, to reading the results in Meta Ads Manager and knowing exactly what to do next.
Job requirements
As a Performance Designer, you will be responsible for:
Designing and iterating static ad creatives for Meta - testing hooks, visuals, and formats to drive CTR and conversions.
Producing video ads and AI UGC end-to-end - from concept and script through generation, editing, and final delivery.
Independently analyzing creative performance in Meta Ads Manager — reading CTR, hook rate, thumbstop, and CPA, and translating that into the next iteration.
Stacking and managing AI tools for video and UGC production (Runway, Sora, HeyGen, Arcads, Captions, Creatify, ElevenLabs, Kling, etc.) - choosing the right tool for the job, not the other way around.
Testing variants at speed - different hooks, formats, thumbnails, UGC actors — and building a library of winning formats to scale fast.
Collaborating with the Head of Performance on creative analysis and ideation.
You are the perfect candidate if you have:
Hands-on experience designing performance ads for SaaS, e-commerce, or D2C.
A strong understanding of the paid social funnel - you know how hook, body, and CTA work together, and what separates a top-funnel creative from a retargeting one.
Proven ability to analyze campaign results independently - you open Meta Ads Manager without being asked and can explain why creative A beats creative B.
Experience with AI UGC, faceless ads, avatar creatives, or user-style voiceover content.
Proficiency in Figma, CapCut, Premiere, or After Effects - enough to deliver end-to-end without dependencies.
A fast, iterative working style - you'd rather ship 10 variants and test than perfect one for a week.
Active knowledge of social media trends - you know what's working on Meta and Reels right now, not a year ago
