What the job looks like?
We’re looking for a talented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team of manual and automation testers.
In this role, you’ll focus on designing and executing high-quality test scenarios — both manual and automated — while improving and maintaining existing test coverage.
Your work will directly strengthen our regression testing process, ensuring we deliver reliable, top-quality software all the time.
As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will have the opportunity to:
Collaborate closely with Software Development and Product teams to design and execute manual tests for current features and upcoming releases
Suggest and implement new testing strategies, tools, and quality metrics
Identify, document, and track bugs effectively
Create detailed test plans, test cases, and testing procedures
What you need to be able to do the job?
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Software Quality Assurance
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and best practices
Excellent analytical and planning skills
Experience defining acceptance criteria
Fluent in English (written & spoken)
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Proven ability to write clear, structured test plans and cases
Knowledge of test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr) and issue tracking platforms (JIRA, Confluence)
Experience with both white box and black box testing
Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure
A positive, proactive team player mindset
Will be a plus:
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Test automation skills (e.g., Cucumber, Selenium)
Previous experience in the FX industry or similar IT field
ISTQB certification
Knowledge of container technologies, orchestration, and microservices
