Thinkspace is a fast-growing website platform that allows jewelry, watch and diamond retailers to build innovative, beautiful, and commerce focused online stores. We were founded in Portland, OR with a team stretching across the US and Poland, and clients across the world. Our software empowers retailers to merchandise their website with both online and in-store sales, bringing their intricate products and customer stories to life.
We’re seeking a highly qualified, Mid / Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team of like-minded developers. You will be a key contributor within the development team working to continuously improve, build, and support applications within the Thinkspace platform.
Your core qualifications
- 4+ years of developed experience as a DevOps Engineer, or similar role
- Intermediate experience with Kubernetes and container environments
- Experience and proficiency with scripting languages and Python
- Experience with service monitoring, logging and security solutions
- Experience in Linux troubleshooting and System administration
- Solutions-oriented, proactive, and excited to share knowledge and expertise.
- Minimum B2 written and B1 verbal English
A few nice to have requirements
- Exposure to Node + NPM, Webpack
- Understanding how to write unit tests
- Experience with Django or other web development frameworks
- Strong familiarity with git
- Exposure to industry deployment and security best practices
- Experience with any relational database system
