Job Description

Join our team and you’ll be responsible for maintaining and building products in the apply space, enabling users to complete applications for job listings. This is so important to us. By joining our team, you will be playing a vital role as together we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody.

Your responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team and Product Manager to translate business needs into technical solutions

• Be part of regular refinement sessions with the team to design architecture and technical direction

• Write and maintain tests Participate in code reviews and pair programming to maintain code quality and share knowledge

• Helping with upskilling delivery team engineers in the target technologies.

Qualifications

Your skills and qualifications:

• Strong programming skills (Java Script / Node.js / Next.js / React) and experience with cloud services (ideally AWS)

• Familiarity with DDD, TDD, software design patterns, and passion for clean code

• Experience with RESTful APIs, writing well-tested, scalable code, and monitoring best practices

• Ability to drive and contribute to architecture/solution design as a subject matter expert

• Good written and spoken English skills, comfortable working in Scrum and agile environments
