Senior UX/CRO Designer

We specialize in working with e-commerce businesses, optimizing their websites to drive meaningful results – making them more profitable, user-friendly, and visually engaging.

Our approach is deeply data-driven:

• We dig into Google Analytics 4 to uncover hidden conversion roadblocks
• We design CRO improvements in Figma – with precision and attention to detail
• We run A/B tests to validate ideas and measure their impact
• We guide our clients in making strategic business decisions

We also like to do things our way and build our own tools – one of them (UCDC) is used by NASA, Adobe and Blizzard.

Who we’re looking for:

• Fluent in English – you’ll be speaking with international clients regularly
• Fluent in Polish – as our team and some clients are based in Poland
• 5+ years of UX/UI experience (including at least 2 years specializing in CRO)
• Proficiency in Figma – your files must be well-structured, clear, and dev-ready
• A data-driven mindset – you know how to analyze GA4 data and track user behavior
• Highly organized and independent – you are able to manage tasks and projects effectively
• Detail-oriented, ensuring both designs and strategies are executed flawlessly
• Familiar with front-end basics (able to implement a simple A/B test if needed)

Client Collaboration

A key aspect of this role is working directly with clients. You’ll need to:

• Lead client discussions – presenting insights, recommendations, and results
• Prepare clear reports that help clients understand the impact of UX/CRO changes
• Be a trusted consultant, guiding clients on priorities and strategic decisions

What you’ll do:

• Analyze client websites and identify areas for UX and CRO improvements
• Design UX/UI improvements in Figma
• Plan, execute, and evaluate A/B tests
• Track and measure the impact of implemented changes
• Manage projects, define roadmaps, and guide clients toward data-driven decisions
• Present findings and recommendations in a clear and compelling manner
• Collaborate closely with clients – helping them understand, implement, and benefit from CRO strategies
