Your role 🎯

You will join a team responsible for developing and maintaining key parts of our RTB Programmtic AdTech delivery platform.

Your job will be to design and implement solutions that are:

• reliable, performant and scalable,

• easy to understand, test, and extend.

We are looking for someone who is not afraid of complexity but knows how to manage it through solid software engineering practices.

✅ Must have

• Advanced knowledge of at least one statically typed, compiled programming language (e.g., Go, Rust, Java, Kotlin, C++, C#)

• Passion for software engineering and continuous improvement of code quality

• Ability to design solutions with attention to: complexity management, testability, extensibility

• Knowledge and practical application of DDD, SOLID, DRY, KISS, YAGNI principles

• Experience in refactoring and modernizing legacy code

• Willingness to work in a polyglot technology stack, with most of the system written in Go

• Teamwork skills, strong communication, and openness to feedback

• Willingness and ability to learn new things

• We assess seniority based on the overall skill set rather than the number of years of professional experience

💡 Nice to have
