Are you passionate about building interactive websites? We’re on the lookout for a talented Web Developer to join our small but mighty team. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and have a knack for creating seamless web experiences, you might be just the person we need!
About your team:
Our team manages ChatBot, the leading AI-powered product of Text (formerly LiveChat). ChatBot is an all-in-one platform for building AI chatbots.
We guide the product strategy, introduce new features, analyze user feedback, and develop go-to-market plans—all in a well-organized team. Open communication and collaboration define our atmosphere, where everyone’s ideas, including yours, are highly appreciated.
In this role, you will:
- Develop product websites and landing pages – you'll work with other creative team members to delight our visitors and raise the bar for SaaS websites;
- Code email templates for our marketing campaigns;
- Optimize our content creation process by setting up and troubleshooting our CMS systems and introduce new solutions for future projects;
- Create complete mini tools for engineering-as-marketing tactics (examples: Typing Speed Test, Privacy Policy Generator, and Customer Service Report);
- Improve the overall code quality and development process;
- Implement analytics events, measure conversion, and conduct A/B tests;
- Track, analyze, and fix performance issues on our websites;
- Optimize our websites to rank higher in search results with the assistance of our SEO specialists.
- Provide feedback on project ideas and discover potential challenges during the planning process.
Our Tech Stack:
We utilize a variety of tools, including Hugo, Less, Stimulus.js, GSAP, Netlify, NetlifyCMS, WordPress, Statamic, and occasionally Vue. While we have our favorites, we prioritize finding the right tools for each project. This means we value a solid understanding of general programming patterns even more than mastery of specific tools.
You may be a good fit for this role if you:
- Consider HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as your second language, and are ready to apply them to build impressive websites.
- Have substantial experience in constructing complex websites.
- Understand the nuances between web apps and websites, along with their technical implications.
- Stay updated with the latest Web APIs and platform enhancements.
- Communicate effectively and can discuss your ideas and project updates with anyone, including those without a technical background.
- Possess an eye for design and can provide thoughtful advice on how designs translate into live websites.
- Have a grasp of the SaaS business model and can leverage digital marketing strategies to enhance customer acquisition.
We can’t wait to see how you can help us build amazing websites!
How we work
We have implemented a hybrid workplace, in which our team in Wrocław and nearby (up to 50 km), follows a 3/2 model: three days in the office to foster creativity, teamwork, and social interaction, and two days working from home.
If you’re based outside of Wrocław, you'll work in the office for three days each month to maintain valuable face-to-face connections, while continuing to contribute significantly to product development remotely.
