In the Growth R&D team, we implement data-driven experiments across the entire existing product stack and our marketing pages (LiveChat, ChatBot, HelpDesk, KnowledgeBase, Text, OpenWidget) as well as shipping new micro-tools, like AI email generator to drive meaningful business gains.

We're seeking a flexible and experienced Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our team. If you love driving measurable impact to business, with clear, data focused-feedback loops, this role is for you.

Who We’re Looking For

• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience engineering B2B software.
• You excel at solving complex technical problems across both frontend and backend systems.
• You have in-depth experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Next.js, and React.
• You have a proven track record of building backend services that handle significant web traffic, including serving content generated with tools like OpenAI or Claude.
• You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with cross-functional product teams.
• You strike a balance between rapid iteration and building scalable, high-quality solutions.
• You are passionate about understanding user behavior and continuously improving the customer journey.
• You are eager to implement and embrace emerging AI productivity tools such as Cursor and others on the horizon.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Develop and deploy full-stack features and experiments aimed at improving key growth metrics (acquisition, activation, retention, monetization)
• Work across the entire technology stack, from user-facing React components to backend services and databases
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional team to define hypotheses, implement tests, and iterate on product features and micro-tools, and have an important saying in the experimentation roadmap
• Contribute to architectural decisions and advocate for best practices in coding, testing, and deployment
• Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code for both frontend and backend applications

The way we work

We have implemented a hybrid workplace, in which our team in Wrocław and nearby (up to 50 km), follows a 3/2 model: three days in the office to foster creativity, teamwork, and social interaction, and two days working from home.

If you’re based outside of Wrocław, you'll work in the office for three days each month to maintain valuable face-to-face connections, while continuing to contribute significantly to product development remotely.
