About your team
At HelpDesk, we craft a modern ticketing system designed to help businesses efficiently manage e-mail communications, automate tedious tasks, and maintain strong customer relationships.
We are constantly pushing the boundaries of what HelpDesk can achieve and our roadmap stands by it. Our team is at the forefront of incorporating AI-driven features, including smart reply suggestions and the automated identification of similar tickets, to enhance user experience.
You’ll collaborate with two backend developers Jakub and Piotr. Beyond that, you’ll be part of a product team that includes frontend developers, product designers, and QAs all led by Rafał.
Our tech stack:
We work extensively with Node.js and PostgreSQL, leveraging Redis, RabbitMQ, and Kubernetes to build scalable and high-performing systems.
We’re also flexible with our tech stack, ready to explore new tools and pick the best ones for the job.

The way we work
We have implemented a hybrid workplace, in which our team in Wrocław and nearby (up to 50 km), follows a 3/2 model: three days in the office to foster creativity, teamwork, and social interaction, and two days working from home.
If you’re based outside of Wrocław, you'll work in the office for three days each month to maintain valuable face-to-face connections, while continuing to contribute significantly to product development remotely.
