About your team: 

The Text Platform’s mission is to empower customers by providing seamless integration with Text APIs. We have developed the Text.com Marketplace, where customers can purchase applications that extend our core products. We also support developers in building apps and are enhancing our API usage for developers.

We created Workflows, a groundbreaking product designed to simplify and automate everyday tasks without any coding. Our tool targets non-technical users who want to effortlessly accelerate routine tasks in their work with the help of AI assistants.

This new tool in the Text Platform portfolio has led us to create a dedicated team.

You’ll be working with Janek (Team Leader) and Wojtek (Frontend Developer). We’re expanding and will soon bring in more team members with diverse skills.

Role & Responsibilities: 

• Expand and enhance the visual builder in Workflows, including tasks and triggers list, task details panel, logs, versioning, templates, and much more we have planned for it. 
• Contribute and develop the main integrations for our adapter through integrations with various external services. 
• Take ownership — be proactive, seek clarification when needed, and cooperate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementations. 
• Actively contribute to product development by providing technical insights, suggestions, and feedback.
• Deliver new features and ensure they are thoroughly tested before release.

Our ideal candidate has:

• Proficiency in React and TypeScript, with a solid understanding of frontend development.
• Foundational knowledge of backend development (knowledge of databases and OAuth 2.0 is a strong asset).
• Experience with Next.js and TypeORM is highly advantageous.
• Practical experience with webhooks is a plus.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment — working cross-functionally and being fully committed to product development. 
• Strong communication skills, can provide and receive feedback constructively, and collaborate closely with backend developers, designers, and other team members.

How we work

We have implemented a hybrid workplace, in which our team in Wrocław and nearby (up to 50 km), follows a 3/2 model: three days in the office to foster creativity, teamwork, and social interaction, and two days working from home.

If you’re based outside of Wrocław, you'll work in the office for three days each month to maintain valuable face-to-face connections, while continuing to contribute significantly to product development remotely.
