We’re seeking an experienced Dynamics CRM / D365 Customer Engagement Developer to join a high-performing international team driving a major digital transformation programme. This is an opportunity to work on the evolution of large-scale CRM solutions, with a focus on innovation, scalability, and modern architecture.
What you’ll do:
Design, develop, and customise solutions within Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform
Work with C#/.NET, JavaScript, and Power Automate to extend and integrate CRM functionalities
Participate in the full development lifecycle – from technical design to deployment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable solutions
Ensure code quality, performance optimisation, and documentation best practices
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in Dynamics 365 CE / CRM development
Strong coding background in C#, .NET, JavaScript
Hands-on experience with Power Platform, particularly Power Automate and Power Apps
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, custom workflows, and plug-ins
Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting
English proficiency, German is a plus
