RPG iSeries Developer

🔍 I am currently looking for iSeries RPG Developer for my banking client at their Warsaw office.

As an iSeries RPG Developer your mission will be to contribute to the transformation of the client’s SCIB family by helping it grow by setting up high-performance teams in its new Hub in Poland, as well as the continuous evolution of the platforms that support the client business lines.

📋 Project Scope:

• Analysis of business requirements

• Design and functional analysis

• Planning

• Design and technical analysis

• Development

• Technical tests (unit and system)

• Functional and integration tests

• User acceptance tests

• Deployment in the production environment

✅ Project Requirements:

🛠️ Technical

• Know -how of RPGLE programming, RPG FREE, JAVA

• Knowledge of Web Services

• Knowledge of MQ communication

• IBM rational

• Knowledge of iSeries systems

• Experience in application design, creation, and testing

• Ability to solve problems.

🦾 Functional

• Identification and analysis of user requirements

• Prioritization, assignment, and performance of tasks throughout the software development life cycle

• Application development

• Resolution of incidents

• Write efficient and well-designed code.

• Design the database architecture.

• Document the development phases.

• Ensure that our applications are secure and up to date

➕ Project Details:

• 12-month b2b contract with possibility of extensions

• Hybrid model: 2 days in office every 2 weeks (4 days per month office days)

• Office based in Warsaw

• Project language: English

• B2B contract
