ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an AI Adoption Manager to serve as an internal champion for AI across the organisation — working hands-on with teams to identify, design, and scale AI-powered solutions that improve everyday efficiency and impact. The role sits at the intersection of AI expertise, internal consulting, and process improvement.
This is a high-autonomy, high-ownership position. You'll have a real seat at the table, shaping how an international organisation works with AI across multiple brands and countries. The expectation is that you're an active, daily user of AI tools — not someone who talks about AI in theory, but someone who brings practical energy and hands-on experience into every engagement.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
AI consulting and implementation across teams
Partner with business teams across product, sales, customer success, support, and marketing to identify tasks and processes that can be improved through AI. Design and implement AI-powered workflows, automate repetitive processes, and prototype new use cases and proof-of-concepts across the organisation.
System and tool integration
Support the integration of AI tools into existing systems and daily processes — bridging the gap between what's technically possible and what teams can actually adopt and use.
Training and enablement
Train employees on AI tools and best practices tailored to their specific roles. Run internal workshops and demos to showcase new and emerging AI capabilities across the organisation.
Knowledge library
Build and maintain a library of prompt templates, playbooks, and ready-to-use workflows that teams can draw on independently.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Strong working knowledge of modern AI tools
Practical, daily hands-on experience with tools like Claude, the OpenAI API, Google Gemini, and similar. You use these tools to get real work done — not just to experiment.
Prompt engineering experience
You know how to write effective prompts, structure context, and get consistent, reliable outputs from LLMs across different use cases and teams.
AI workflow design and implementation
Experience designing and implementing AI-based workflows in real business environments — not just prototyping, but seeing things through to adoption.
Clear communication of complex technology
Able to explain AI concepts, trade-offs, and capabilities in plain language to non-technical colleagues across different functions and seniority levels.
Internal consulting mindset
Comfortable operating as an internal advisor — diagnosing problems, proposing solutions, and driving adoption without direct authority over the teams you're helping.
THE TEAM
You'll work across multiple brands and business functions in an international organisation. The role has high autonomy and full ownership of your initiatives — you define what gets built and how it scales. English is the working language across teams.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary
180,000 – 300,000 PLN per year.
