What You'll Do

• Solution Architecture: Design high-performance Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions (CPQ, Billing, Contracts) enhanced by Agentforce automation.

• Agentforce Enablement: Architect autonomous agents and actions to support pricing, contract validation, and renewal decisions.

• Platform Strategy: Lead the integration strategy for Revenue Cloud and Agentforce within the broader Salesforce ecosystem.

• Implementation Leadership: Partner with stakeholders to transform complex business needs into technical reality.

• Integration Design: Architect secure integrations between Salesforce, ERPs, and PSA solutions using modern APIs.

• Governance & Standards: Define best practices and AI execution boundaries for autonomous agent implementations.

• Innovation: Evaluate and recommend cutting-edge Revenue Cloud and AI capabilities.

• Mentorship: Serve as a technical advisor to clients and a mentor to internal development teams.

Who You Are

• Revenue Cloud / Agentforce Revenue Management: Deep expertise in CPQ, Billing, and Asset Lifecycle; hands-on experience building Agentforce topics and actions for revenue workflows.

• AI-Native: Proficient in LLM-assisted design and "vibe coding" (using natural language to generate Apex/Flow); experienced with Agentforce Studio and Prompt Builder.

• Salesforce Core Platform: Mastery of Sales, Service, and Data Cloud; knowledge of PSA tools (Certinia, Kantata) is a strong plus.

• Architecture & Integration: Proven record of designing complex ERP/HCM integrations and establishing governance for autonomous AI agents.

• Soft Skills: Strong communicator able to translate technical designs into business ROI and lead cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Salesforce experience (min. 5 years as an Architect).

• Salesforce Certified Application/System Architect preferred.

• Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Revenue Cloud Consultant preferred.

• Agentforce Specialist certification is a plus.
