Through balanced teams (squads), often comprised of Product Manager, Digital Product Designer(s), Software Developer(s) and Data Scientist(s), we unwrap complexity, target real user needs and deliver scalable services.

    Job description

    As a Software Developer, you fulfill an important role within the agile development team, translating human interpretation into functional code – while continuously experimenting with different technology and extreme programming (XP).

    • Transform user stories into functional code
    • Advise on technical feasibility of design implementation
    • Actively contribute to high quality delivery through pair programming
    • Integrate test driven methodology in your work practices
    • Constantly reiterate based on design, heuristic evaluation, user feedback and testing
    • Ensure that our delivery is visually appealing, intuitive and useful

    You are meant for this job if you

    • Have experience with software development and cloud-native services
    • Are curious of new technology and methodology
    • Have a relevant degree within technology
    • Pay meticulous attention to detail while keeping sight of the larger mission
    • Are familiar with modern development stack, e.g. Kotlin or Java 8+, TypeScript, React or Angular 2+, GraphQL, PostgreSQL
    • Worked with source control like Git
    • Understanding of CI/CD, rapid delivery on production
    • Experience with one of the cloud platform like AWS, Azure etc.
    • Understanding different Agile methodologies
    • Take ownership and pride in your delivery
