Middle/Senior Salesforce developer

We are looking for a skilled Middle or Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team and work on an innovative HealthTech startup. This is a unique opportunity to work with PDO/ISV products and contribute to a solution that scales for OEM and white-label use cases.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: 4+ years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer;

• Technical Stack: Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs;

• Backend & Integrations: Solid experience in developing and maintaining integrations with external systems (APIs) to automate billing and operational processes;

• Product Development: Experience maintaining and evolving core managed packages;

• Frontend: Decent front-end skills to enhance product UI/UX;

• DevOps Basics: Experience working with scratch orgs and modern deployment workflows;

• Security: High level of responsibility regarding sensitive data handling and industry security requirements;

• English level: Upper-Intermediate or Advanced.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with AppExchange development (PDO or ISV);

• Prior experience in the HealthTech domain;

• Experience with implementing AI-driven automation (e.g., document generation).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and evolve the core managed package to cover global client needs;

• Build integrations with external APIs to automate billing and core business logic;

• Implement client-specific configuration updates, tailored extensions, and data structures;

• Provision and manage new environments for incoming clients;

• Work directly with key stakeholders in a lean communication model;

• Operate in an asynchronous-first environment using screen recordings and detailed documentation;

• Develop and test in isolated environments without exposure to sensitive production data;

• Ensure compliance with strict healthcare regulatory and security requirements.
