Site Reliability Lead

For our client, a leading innovator in the technology and electronics industry, we are seeking a SRE Lead.

This project aims to connect brands with TV audiences by building a cutting-edge advertising platform using machine learning algorithms to enhance targeting, personalization, and optimization. The goal is to deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time, resulting in higher engagement and conversion rates.

Your role

• Promote open, honest communication and provide regular feedback within the team
• Ensure effective information flow between the team and the broader organization
• Set clear goals for team members, track progress, and conduct annual performance reviews
• Monitor critical services, handle on-call duties, and resolve incidents promptly
• Lead onboarding, training, and mentoring of new team members
• Actively support recruitment and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
• Enforce engineering best practices and ensure proper documentation
• Design and scale reliable, resilient services and define capacity plans
• Improve deployment, configuration, and internal tooling processes
• Guide the team through technical challenges and drive software delivery improvements across the organization

Requirements

• Over 6 years of hands-on experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering roles
• At least 1 year in a leadership capacity as a Tech Lead, SRE Lead, or DevOps Manager
• Excellent verbal and written English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in global, cross-functional teams
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, enabling productive teamwork and stakeholder engagement
• Solid problem-solving mindset with analytical thinking and a creative approach to technical challenges
• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities in dynamic, fast-changing environments
• In-depth understanding of SRE, DevOps, and Agile methodologies as they relate to modern software development practices
• Practical expertise with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and CircleCI
• Advanced Linux knowledge, with scripting abilities in Bash and Python; familiarity with core networking protocols
• Holds a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related technical field; adaptable and open to change
