- Promote open, honest communication and provide regular feedback within the team

- Over 6 years of hands-on experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering roles
- At least 1 year in a leadership capacity as a Tech Lead, SRE Lead, or DevOps Manager
- Excellent verbal and written English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in global, cross-functional teams
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, enabling productive teamwork and stakeholder engagement
- Solid problem-solving mindset with analytical thinking and a creative approach to technical challenges
- Highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities in dynamic, fast-changing environments
- In-depth understanding of SRE, DevOps, and Agile methodologies as they relate to modern software development practices
- Practical expertise with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and CircleCI
- Advanced Linux knowledge, with scripting abilities in Bash and Python; familiarity with core networking protocols
- Holds a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related technical field; adaptable and open to change
