We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce QA Engineer to lead the design and implementation of a scalable test automation framework tailored to Salesforce. You’ll play a key role in shaping QA strategy and best practices while bridging manual and automated testing methods. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience in both automation and Salesforce-specific testing.

Your role

• Defining test strategies in close collaboration with product, delivery, and engineering teams.
• Designing and executing test cases—both manual and automated—across various Salesforce modules and integrations.
• Developing automation solutions using tools like Selenium WebDriver, Postman, HTTP Client (for backend), and C#-based frameworks.
• Building and maintaining robust automated test suites integrated into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps).
• Performing manual testing for high-impact or complex scenarios, particularly around new or customized Salesforce features.
• Driving improvements to existing QA processes and standards across projects.
• Leading testing efforts for larger, cross-functional projects spanning multiple sprints.
• Providing mentorship to junior QA engineers as the team grows.
• Collaborating closely with developers and stakeholders to resolve ambiguities and clarify testing requirements.
• Monitoring quality metrics and identifying potential risks in deployments.
• Ensuring comprehensive test coverage, especially for Apex, Lightning, and Visualforce components.

Requirements

• Proven experience in testing Salesforce applications, including Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce
• Strong proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Postman, and integration into CI/CD (preferably Azure DevOps)
• Knowledge of Salesforce-specific testing platforms (e.g., Provar, TestComplete) is a plus
• Hands-on experience with backend and UI test automation
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Prior experience mentoring or guiding QA team members is a bonus
