Senior Backend Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Engineer who has a strong background in designing, building, and maintaining scalable microservices architectures. You will play a key role in developing robust APIs, ensuring security compliance, and optimizing system performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of combined post-secondary education and professional experience
• At least 5 years of experience in designing and building complex microservices for large organizations
• Strong programming skills in C#
• Expertise with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Experience in building and deploying high-quality APIs
• Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher)
• EU citizen holder

Optional:

• Experience with Red Hat OpenShift (RHOS)
• Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
• Familiarity with Git Workflows and automated testing (unit/integration tests)
• Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka) and asynchronous messaging systems
• Knowledge of distributed databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data management strategies
