Non-financial Risk Expert

Are you an experienced professional in non-financial risk management, with a strong focus on data-driven approaches? Join our team and play a key role in enhancing risk compliance and control frameworks for dynamic projects in an international setting.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, assess, and advise on non-financial risks, providing insights to enhance risk management strategies.
• Facilitate Risk Control Self-Assessments for projects, ensuring proactive risk management.
• Lead Business Impact Assessments (BIA) and Detailed Risk Assessments (DRA), working with stakeholders to ensure comprehensive risk evaluation.
• Design, implement, and evidence controls per IT Risk Management standards to achieve compliance goals.
• Maintain and prioritize a backlog of non-financial risk activities to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Offer expert guidance to existing non-financial risk specialists, fostering independent risk management capabilities within teams.

Must-Have Skills:

• Stakeholder and project management expertise, especially in organizing and leading workshops.
• Strong background in IT risk, compliance, and operational risk management.
• Experience with IT controls, Business Impact Assessments, and compliance frameworks.
• Knowledge of KYC processes and a strong analytical approach.
