As a Database Reliability Engineer, you'll work on some of the most complex and large-scale systems in the industry, managing millions of tables across vast databases. What you’ll do:

• Optimize performance and scale massive datasets with MySQL/PostgreSQL.
• Ensure reliability and scalability in applications handling large data clusters.
• Lead high-impact projects, from testing new technologies (POC) to rolling out solutions into production.

Technical profile:

• Strong experience with relational databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL).
• 5+ years of optimizing performance and scaling data globally.
• Coding skills with a solid understanding of software environments.
• Proven success leading projects, testing new technologies, and deploying solutions.
• Excellent at system architecture and strategic planning.
• Team player, humble, with great communication and empathy.
• Nice to have: Experience with NoSQL, Elasticsearch, Cassandra.

Offer: Compensation based on the Silicon Valley pay model, including a fixed base salary of 25,000 PLN to 38,000 PLN, bonuses, and company shares.
