Project Overview:
This project aims to create an advanced advertising platform using machine learning algorithms to enhance targeting, personalization, and optimization. The goal is to deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time, boosting engagement and conversion rates. 📈

Lead the creation and launch of new ML/AI advertising solutions, while improving existing features.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, design, marketing, and sales) to drive product development. 🤝

At least 5 years of experience in Product Management or Technical Product Management, ideally in digital advertising/AdTech.

Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Proven track record of launching technical products with measurable impact.
- Experience with ML/AI in product development.
- Experience managing product roadmap and strategy.
- Agile development experience.

Strong understanding of the AdTech ecosystem.

Data proficiency, experience with SQL and data processing is a plus.

Ability to drive action and create profitable solutions.

Strong project management skills with the ability to make trade-offs.

Experience in consumer-facing AdTech products is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field; Master's or MBA is a plus.
