We seek a Machine Learning Leader for a leading technology company. The role involves managing a team of 40 specialists developing an innovative advertising platform that uses machine learning to improve ad targeting. This is worldwide large-scale project with an enormous impact on a product.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead a team developing new ML/AI advertising solutions

- Collaborate with global teams on product development

- Contribute to product strategy and roadmaps

- Communicate plans and progress to stakeholders

- Implement best practices in software engineering

- Stay updated on advertising industry trends

- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

Requirements:

- Experience applying ML/AI in product development

- Experience with team management

- Proven track record in technical product delivery

- Expertise in Agile development and product roadmapping

- Bachelor's degree in technology or related field

- Fluent in English
