Manual Testing Proficiency: Extensive experience in manual testing within large-scale enterprise settings, particularly in highly regulated sectors such as pharmaceuticals. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations like GxP, GLP, and GCP is essential.
Diverse Testing Methodologies: Strong hands-on expertise in various manual testing techniques, ensuring that both functional and non-functional requirements are thoroughly validated.
Adaptability to Agile and Waterfall Models: Demonstrated ability to navigate both Agile methodologies and traditional Waterfall project frameworks, adjusting testing approaches as needed for each project.
Strong Communication and Teamwork: Exceptional communication skills in English, enabling seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers, stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
Educational Background: A degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is required.
Project Experience: At least four years of experience managing and executing diverse testing projects.
Technical Tools: Proficient in managing defect tracking systems such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar tools, ensuring efficient issue tracking and resolution.
Software Development Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its impact on testing processes.
Language Skills: Fluent in English (minimum B2 level), with the ability to effectively communicate across geographically distributed teams.
