Your role

Key Responsibilities

• Test Planning, Execution, and Reporting: Oversee the planning, execution, and documentation of tests for new features, ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and maintain the integrity of the production environment.
• Test Strategy Development: Design and maintain a comprehensive test strategy for digital products in specific use cases, ensuring it aligns with overall project objectives.
• Consistent QA Approach: Promote a uniform Test and QA approach that is integrated early in the design and development stages to identify and resolve issues before they reach production.
• Vendor Collaboration: Partner with vendors to establish and implement early-stage testing practices within the software development lifecycle.
• Manual Testing Execution: Create and execute detailed manual test cases across various scenarios, including functional, non-functional, acceptance, regression, and performance tests.
• Resource Management: Identify and allocate the necessary resources to ensure successful testing cycles.
• Defect Management: Identify and log defects using Azure DevOps, working closely with development teams to track and resolve them efficiently.
• Agile Methodologies: Contribute as an active member of an Agile delivery team, using agile practices to optimize testing processes and improve outcomes.

Requirements

Manual Testing Proficiency: Extensive experience in manual testing within large-scale enterprise settings, particularly in highly regulated sectors such as pharmaceuticals. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations like GxP, GLP, and GCP is essential.

Diverse Testing Methodologies: Strong hands-on expertise in various manual testing techniques, ensuring that both functional and non-functional requirements are thoroughly validated.

Adaptability to Agile and Waterfall Models: Demonstrated ability to navigate both Agile methodologies and traditional Waterfall project frameworks, adjusting testing approaches as needed for each project.

Strong Communication and Teamwork: Exceptional communication skills in English, enabling seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers, stakeholders, and third-party vendors.

Educational Background: A degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is required.

Project Experience: At least four years of experience managing and executing diverse testing projects.

Technical Tools: Proficient in managing defect tracking systems such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar tools, ensuring efficient issue tracking and resolution.

Software Development Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its impact on testing processes.

Language Skills: Fluent in English (minimum B2 level), with the ability to effectively communicate across geographically distributed teams.

• Willingness to Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site work with clients when necessary.
